Hotel Best Western Chicago Downtown-River North

We loved this perfect central hotel. The room met the criteria, spotless with 2 beds.

I greatly enjoyed every detail about my really good 1 night stay here. The suite was updated, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The staff was amicable and accommodating, everything was fine.

I spend 4 nights in Chicago lovely. The most important was the staff - good and incredible people. They helped me get a shuttle to the airport.

The room was impressive and comfy with one king bed, loved it. Stunning and incredible location right by Blue Chicago Orchestra.

The hotel is clean, with decent personal, and offers unbeatable location really close to the Merchandise Mart and Magnificent mile, the shopping center, a gas station.

Rooms were silent, exemplary service, practical location.

The staff is amiable here, the services are excellent, and location is fantastic really close to lots of great restaurants, city center, restaurants/Navy Pier.

Appreciated the atmosphere of this museum hotel, picturesque location and non-smoking rooms. Super breakfast with lots of eggs, meats, fresh bread, fresh fruit and cheese. Very comfy beds, blinds and power sockets were a nice touch. Amazing plunge pool, glorious views.

Nice location, fantastic service and decent food. Perfect view, a little balcony, fine bed, too. Downstairs bar was nice and tidy. Hotel was perfectly located and had reasonable prices. Efficient check-in, fast check-out.

Regular and very clean place, the rooms are quite warm. Walking distance to stores and a market across the street.

Great location ; HELPFUL staff. A rooftop terrace is why we chose it. Moreover, there's access to private parking on-site.
